Wellness isn’t just the absence of disease.
True wellness means energy, vitality and complete physical and emotional wellbeing.
Most people understand that a healthy, balanced diet and regular exercise can make a huge difference to the way you look and feel. However, what many people don’t realise is exactly how powerful nutrition and lifestyle factors can be in the healing and prevention of disease.
When discussing nutritional therapy with clients, I like to use the analogy of an overflowing sink. It’s all very well mopping the floor or putting towels down but unless you turn the taps off and take the plug out, the problem will continue and wreak more havoc.
Likewise, with our health. Nutritional Medicine is about getting to the root of a problem and empowering you to improve your wellbeing.
A Nutritional Therapist can help you to manage the following conditions and more;
Nutritional Medicine is a science. It’s biochemistry. And it works.

Our busy lives, demanding schedules and numerous responsibilities sometimes result in us ignoring or neglecting the subtler signs of ill health until we have an acute or chronic illness.
In fact many people have felt unwell, out of shape, stressed, tired and fed-up for so long that they think it’s normal. Let me be clear about this. It’s not normal!
Our bodies are perfectly designed to serve, protect and enable us for the duration of our lives. Our bodies work hard to protect us from bacteria, viruses and environmental toxins. It regulates our temperature, breathes oxygen and pumps blood around our bodies without us having to think about it. Your body is your best friend and yet so often we can be really mean to it!
When we are ill, tired and run-down or in pain, it is our body’s way of letting us know that there’s something wrong. It needs help. It needs attention and it needs the right kind of nutrition and exercise.
I love working with clients and helping them to get to the root of what is going wrong and steer them back towards optimal health.
As Hippocrates said “Let food be thy medicine” and “Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease”.

We will give appropriate advice that is realistic for you.
You may leave your consultation armed with any or all of the following;
We will usually ask you to come for a follow- up meeting, around 4-6 weeks later. Although, depending on your symptoms and your objectives, you may only need one session!
In other cases, we will continue to see you, on an agreed basis until you feel in control of your health and back to yourself again.
Our objective is to get you to a stage where you are able to help yourself.
